Service Areas
Communities We Serve
Each page below explains what care looks like for patients traveling from that community, including routes and the surrounding areas it covers.
Medical Weight Loss in Matthews, NC
Also serving Stallings, Mint Hill and Indian Trail
Matthews sits a direct drive from our Eastway Drive office by way of US-74 and I-485, which is why many southeast Mecklenburg patients choose an established Charlotte practice over a longer trip. Care is physician-led from the first visit, and follow-up can move to virtual appointments once treatment is underway.

Also serving Harrisburg and Kannapolis
Concord connects to us along the I-85 corridor, with NC-49 as a second route toward Eastway Drive. Cabarrus County patients come to us for board-certified internal medicine oversight of their weight loss care, then use virtual visits so distance does not interrupt follow-up.

Also serving Cornelius, Davidson and the Lake Norman area
Huntersville and the wider Lake Norman area reach us through I-77 and I-85. North Mecklenburg patients choose our clinic for physician-led treatment planning, and the virtual option keeps the drive from becoming a barrier to consistent care.

Serving Pineville and the surrounding south Charlotte area
Pineville lies at the southern edge of Charlotte near the South Carolina line, reached by US-521 on Johnston Road and I-485. Patients living close to that border benefit from our two-state licensure, which means care continues without interruption regardless of which side of the line they are on.

Also serving Waxhaw, Weddington, Marvin, Fort Mill SC and Indian Land SC
Ballantyne anchors the southern end of Charlotte and extends into Union County and northern South Carolina. It is the widest cross-border area we serve, and patients here choose our clinic because the same physician can oversee their care across both states.

Common Questions
Answers to what patients traveling from surrounding communities ask most often.
Do I need to live in Charlotte to become a patient?
No. Our office is in Charlotte and we welcome patients from across the surrounding region. Virtual visits are available to patients located in North Carolina and South Carolina.
Do you have more than one office?
We see patients at one location, 1220 Eastway Drive, Suite C, in Charlotte. The service area pages describe care for patients traveling from each community, not separate offices.
Can my whole program be virtual?
Initial and follow-up visits are available in person or virtually. Our physician will discuss which format fits your care during your consultation.
Is the program different depending on where I live?
No. Every patient receives the same physician-led evaluation and treatment planning. Location affects travel and visit format, not the standard of care.
Do you accept insurance for patients outside Charlotte?
We accept many insurance plans and also offer self-pay options. Our team helps patients understand their visit and medication coverage steps regardless of which community they travel from.
Do you prescribe FDA-approved weight loss medications?
Yes. Our physician reviews FDA-approved options during your consultation as part of a complete plan. You can read more on our prescription weight loss medications page.
