Manufacturer Savings Programs for Weight Loss Medications
GLP-1 medications and other newer prescription weight-loss medications can be expensive when insurance does not provide coverage. Eligible patients may have access to manufacturer self-pay programs that reduce the amount paid directly to the dispensing pharmacy.
Charlotte Weight Loss & Wellness Clinic does not sell or dispense these medications. The prices below are manufacturer or pharmacy prices and are separate from our clinic's consultation, laboratory, and follow-up charges. Medication selection and dosing are determined by Dr. Joseph C. Okoye, MD, FACP following an individualized medical evaluation.
Without insurance or a manufacturer savings program, retail medication prices may exceed $1,000 per month. Eligible patients may pay substantially less through current manufacturer self-pay programs. The prices below are paid directly to the manufacturer's pharmacy or a participating pharmacy, not to Charlotte Weight Loss & Wellness Clinic.

A federal Medicare demonstration, not a manufacturer offer
Medicare GLP-1 Bridge
Beginning July 1, 2026, eligible Medicare Part D beneficiaries may obtain certain weight-management medications for a $50 monthly copay through the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge.
Current eligible products include:
- Foundayo™ tablets
- Wegovy® injections and tablets
- Zepbound® KwikPen®
Zepbound® single-dose pens and vials are not included in the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge. Eligibility is based on Medicare clinical criteria, requires a prescription and prior authorization, and is not guaranteed. The demonstration is currently scheduled through December 31, 2027.

Understanding Program Eligibility
Manufacturer programs are not insurance. Eligibility depends on the specific program, prescription, FDA-approved use, insurance type, medication, dose, refill timing, pharmacy channel, and current manufacturer requirements.
Government beneficiaries are generally excluded from commercial copay savings cards. Separate manufacturer self-pay options or Medicare GLP-1 Bridge access may be available. Patients should verify current eligibility directly through the manufacturer or CMS program.
Charlotte Weight Loss & Wellness Clinic cannot guarantee insurance coverage, manufacturer-program eligibility, medication availability, program acceptance, or final pharmacy price.
